- We can accept personal checks and "echecks" (drawn on US banks only) sent by mail.
- If you prefer mailing your payment, contact us and we will send you our mailing address.
- We can also accept payments through PayPal.
- You can visit the PayPal website yourself:
- Follow the links there to "Send Money;"
- Send the funds to "reservations@loggersretreat.com."
- Or you can use the PayPal button here, which will do the same thing automatically.
- You can use a credit card with PayPal, even if you do not already have a PayPal account.
- Your fastest method of payment is to use a credit card through PayPal.
- For international guests, PayPal is your only practical method of payment.
- If you want us to hold dates for you, send us a reservation deposit at least equal to the first night's rental rate.
- Unfortunately we cannot hold dates for you without that reservation deposit.
- You do not have to include tax in the reservation deposit.
- Once we confirm your reservation, the balance on your account is due 30 days prior to your arrival.
- If you reserve dates more than a few weeks ahead of your arrival, we will send you a reminder, typically about a week or so before the due date.
- If you reserve within 30 days of your arrival, your balance payment is due immediately. We will allow you a grace period, but it is important that you settle your account as soon as possible.
- You can always make one full payment instead if you prefer.
- Your balance must be paid in full before you can occupy the property.
- We honor an informal "cooling off" grace period for reservation deposits.
- If you reserve more than 3 days prior to arrival, you can cancel for any reason within 3 days and still receive a full refund of your deposit.
- If you reserve within 3 days of your arrival, the grace period ends upon your arrival.
- Our formal cancellation policy is as follows:
- If you need to cancel a reservation more than 30 days prior to arrival, we will return 100% of any payments you made for that reservation.
- If you need to cancel a reservation within 30 days, but more than 7 days prior to your arrival, you will forfeit an amount equal to one night's rental rate. We will return any remaining balance of payments you have made for that reservation.
- If you need to cancel a reservation within 7 days of your arrival, you will forfeit an amount equal to the smaller of 3 night's rental rate, or the entire rental amount. We will return any remaining balance of payments you have made for that reservation.
